RETURNS POLICY

If the product would not meet your expectations, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We offer return to our warehouse in Canada with full product price refund.

Please note that delivery charges will NOT be included in refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@maplecollections.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how to send your package. It is important to follow the return process instructions provided by our support team for a smooth return. 

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see the “Returns Policy” above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
